Delete your own account

Go to Account → Danger zone → Delete my account. It's a three-step confirmation: acknowledge the impact, confirm your email and password, then the permanent delete. This removes your user record and every business you solely own, including their connected channels, scheduled posts and uploaded media.

Platform-initiated deletion (e.g. Meta / Google)

If a connected platform's app-review process requires a callback endpoint confirming we deleted a user's data on their request, that endpoint is not implemented yet — this page is the placeholder for it. Until then, contact hello@helpmypost.app with the platform user id and we will process the deletion manually within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user record, sessions and encrypted platform tokens.
• Any business you solely own — its channels, posts, media and connected-account links.
• Billing records are retained as required by law, disconnected from your profile.
